How do you specify a roast level?
As an Agtron number, not as a word. "Medium" is not portable between roasters and means different things in Brazil and North America; an Agtron reading is objective and repeatable, which is what a contract needs. Send a reference sample alongside it so we match development as well as colour.
Why are there no flavour notes?
Because cupping has not happened. The 2027 crop has not been harvested, so any descriptor here would be invented — and a buyer who contracts against invented notes finds out on the cupping table. Sensory profiles publish after the harvest is cupped.
