Why do the specification columns say "analysis pending"?
Because the 2027 crop has not been harvested, milled or cupped yet, and we do not estimate figures we will later be measured against. Screen size, defect count, moisture and cup score publish as each analysis is completed, lot by lot.
A forward position with pending analysis is normal in the green trade. What would not be normal is inventing plausible numbers and correcting them quietly once the real ones arrive — a buyer who contracts against an estimate and receives something different has a claim, and rightly so.
When do new lots appear here?
