Processing and production
Milling and green preparation
Dry milling, hulling, screening and density separation happen at origin, on the same coffee the cooperative grew.
Available on request with the quote: hulling and cleaning, screen sizing, density and gravity separation, colour sorting, milling throughput.
Roasting
Roasting happens at origin, within kilometres of where the coffee grew. This is the capability almost no Brazilian Robusta seller offers at export scale.

Quality, traceability and export
QC laboratory and cupping
Every lot is graded and cupped before it is offered. No cup score is published on this site until that has happened for the 2027 crop.

Lot coding and traceability
Four links from tree to buyer means the chain can actually be walked backwards.

Warehousing
Origin storage is confirmed. US-landed storage determines which buying tiers can be served transactionally.
