For markets we do not serve directly, we appoint distributors. Here is what each side carries.
What does a distribution arrangement cover?
We supply roasted coffee at container or pallet scale under our label or yours; the distributor carries importation, destination labelling compliance, warehousing and the local sales relationship. Territory and exclusivity are agreed in writing rather than assumed.

What differs by market?
Labelling, mostly. US FDA rules, EU FIC with a named EU-based responsible person, and Canadian bilingual requirements each demand different pack copy. Duty rates on roasted coffee also differ sharply from green, and are the distributor cost line most often underestimated.
Resolve labelling before artwork rather than after. Reprinting film because a mandatory statement was missed is the most expensive way to learn a market rule.
