Why does Robusta suit foodservice?
Because foodservice is bought on consistency, body in milk, caffeine and cost per cup rather than on aromatic top notes. Robusta delivers all four, and it tolerates the transit an origin-roasted programme involves far better than light-roast specialty does.
What formats do you supply?
5 kg foodservice bags and portion sachets, whole bean or ground to a specified grind. Case counts and pallet configuration are set per format and confirmed before a first order rather than after.

What will your procurement team ask for that we cannot supply yet?
Food safety certification. SQF or BRCGS is a hard requirement for most institutional and contract catering accounts, verified directly with the certification body. We hold none today and publish our status in full rather than implying readiness.
