Which parts of New England can you serve?
All six states in principle, with the practical limit set by freight rather than geography. Massachusetts and Rhode Island are close enough for regular pallet delivery; northern New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine are viable at less frequent, larger drops rather than weekly replenishment.
That distinction matters commercially. A café in Providence and a café in Bangor have the same coffee needs and completely different logistics, and pretending otherwise leads to a service promise nobody can keep in February.

Why does a regional supplier matter for coffee?
Because roasted coffee has a working life measured in months, and freight frequency determines how fresh what is in your hopper actually is. A supplier who can only reach you quarterly is selling you older coffee than one who reaches you monthly, whatever the roast date policy says.
Green coffee is different — it is a durable commodity that holds quality for a year or more in proper storage, which is why roasters buy it by the pallet without worrying. The freight-frequency question is a roasted-coffee question.
What is different about buying from us?
We import and roast our own coffee from one named cooperative in Mato Grosso rather than buying green on the open market. That removes intermediate margins and it means we can tell a New England café exactly which cooperative, which municipality and which harvest their coffee came from.
When can you start?
First position is May 2027, and regular café-scale replenishment needs US-landed inventory rather than origin-direct containers. Whether we hold US warehouse stock is confirmed per programme, and it is the honest constraint on any weekly delivery promise.
